1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RAVTrader ("the Platform"), including its website at ravtrader.io, Chrome extension, and related services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
You are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable law.
You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
You have a valid Darkex exchange account linked via referral.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.
Ensuring your Darkex UID is valid and correctly entered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide fraudulent information.

4. Platform Services

RAVTrader provides AI-powered cryptocurrency trading signals and tools, including but not limited to:

Trading Signals: Algorithmic analysis and trade recommendations generated by our Multi-Indicator AI system.
Position Management: Tools to track, manage, and close trading positions.
Autopilot Mode: Automated trade execution based on generated signals via Darkex API integration.
PnL Tracking & Sharing: Performance tracking and branded visual reports.

5. Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate widely, and you may lose more than your initial investment.

RAVTrader's signals are not financial advice and should not be treated as such.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
We do not guarantee profits or protection against losses.
You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

6. API Integration & Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party exchanges (e.g., Darkex) via API. By using these integrations, you acknowledge:

RAVTrader is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party exchanges.
API keys are handled securely through our backend proxy, but you are responsible for managing your API permissions.
We are not liable for any losses due to exchange downtime, API errors, or market volatility.
You must comply with the terms of service of any connected exchanges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, branding, and functionality of the Platform are owned by RAVTrader and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our algorithms.
Use our branding or trademarks without prior written consent.
Resell or redistribute our trading signals.

8. Referral & Affiliate Program

RAVTrader offers a referral program that rewards users for bringing new members to the platform.

Referral rewards are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.
Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals or fake accounts) will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.
We reserve the right to modify referral structures and commission rates at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading practices.
Share your account credentials with third parties.
Access the Platform through automated means (bots, scrapers) without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAVTrader and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Trading losses resulting from use of the Platform's signals or tools.
Service interruptions, bugs, or security breaches.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
