2. Description of Service

RavTrader provides AI-powered cryptocurrency trading signals and automated execution tools. The platform connects to supported cryptocurrency exchanges (DarkEx, BingX) via API to deliver:

• AI-generated trading signals across 50+ cryptocurrency pairs
• Autopilot trade execution (entry, take profit, stop loss)
• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics
• Trading tools and educational resources

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform

4. Trading Risks

Important Risk Disclaimer: Trading cryptocurrency involves significant risk and can result in the loss of your invested capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of AI signals is not indicative of future results. RavTrader does not guarantee any profits or specific win rates.

5. API Keys & Security

• You are responsible for configuring API keys with appropriate permissions
• We recommend using trade-only API permissions (no withdrawal access)
• RavTrader is not responsible for losses resulting from improperly configured API keys
• We encrypt all API keys at rest and never store them in plaintext

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI signal engine
• Resell or redistribute trading signals
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the platform
• Interfere with the platform's functionality

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
